Service Description

A course for organisations and groups to understand compost tumblers and the art of pre composting. The best way for organisations and groups to compost is to use tumblers. This is suitable for groups and companies that need a robust process that takes into consideration the health, safety and compliance needed when composting in cities or on managed properties. The half day course involves: • Identifying what your needs, context and dreams are. • Feedstocks and amendments. • Creating a feed stock and carbon flow into your new system. • Creating a efficient and safe compost flow out of your system. • Health, safety and the law. • How to use your compost. • Involving your community and creating a compost club. You will have a PDF to refer to and two ongoing mentorship calls with your implementation team. You can have up to 15 members of your orginisation on the workshop.
